Buyers will be informed to send their products back for repair and examination. To be eligible for a return, buyers’ item must be unused and in the same condition that they received it. Apart from that, the default item must be in the original packaging. Buyers are required to show their receipt proof of purchase. Buyers are informed that we are not responsible for any loss or damage of items during the journey.
Replacement of new product will be sent to the buyers if the product IS DEFECTED and still UNDER WARRANTY.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges will not be applied unless the default items happen during our delivery process. However, buyers are advised to contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of the receipt, for any defect on our product. Our company will identify the problem and proceed to the examination and repairing stage as soon as possible.
Buyers will be informed to send the defected product back to our company within 7 days of receipt. Replacement of default items/parts will be confirmed after repairing and investigating, provided the damage happened during the delivery process. We are not RESPONSIBLE for any damage/ defect after the delivery.
Extra charges would not be implied to buyers for exchanged items. Refund service is not available except when the product is out of stocks.
